- Plants would be sent bare rooted and shipping charges would be extra.
- Purchased items cannot be returned on the basis of color, patterns or size. There could be a slight variation in color depending on the the climate and transit.
- Your use of gabrielflorahouse.com and its contents grants no rights to you in relation to any copyright, designs and all other intellectual property and material rights, including gabrielflorahouse.com Software and all PHP and other code contained in this site. Any violation will be liable for legal action.
Replacement Policy
- Plants can be replaced only if the plants are fully damaged.
- Replacement will be sent only in the next order placed.
- For transit risk plants no refund or replacement would be given.
- Plants if spoilt completely, will be resend in next order place.
- Any plants are missed, should be informed in the same day of receiving to qualify for replacement or refund.(unpacking video should be sent).
- Gabriel flora house is not responsible for delayed shipments in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by courier, which are beyond the control of Gabriel Flora house, but the plants would be resent in the next order placed if the plant is available.
